With his years of experience as an entrepreneur within retail, Joël made the move at the end of 2022 into the world of employment services. It was time for a new challenge within a different industry, but where he could use that he has gained in recent years within retail. In early 2024, as a member of The Elevens he took up the challenge to introduce a new fresh concept in the market with a meaningful angle, there was Mondialz! A new adventure with the goal of connecting driven professionals and employers who, every make a difference every day for a more harmonious and meaningful world.
